LOCATION: Downtown, approximately 5kms from Washington National airport, 48kms from Baltimore airport and 56kms from Dulles airport. The hotel is 8 blocks from the Smithsonian Museums and 5 blocks from the Capitol building.

HOTEL FACILITIES: These include the Skyline Restaurant, cocktail lounge, coffee shop, gift shop, outdoor swimming pool and games room. Free underground car parking also available.

GUEST ROOMS AND AMENITIES: 203 guest rooms each with private bathroom, telephone, radio and remote cable television. Rooms for non smokers available on request. CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 9 years will be accommodated free of charge when sharing a room with parents and utilizing existing bedding (without extra bed). RENOVATIONS: The 5th and 6th floor of the Capitol Skyline Hotel is currently being renovated, work involves redecorating the guestrooms (including the bathrooms). Unfortunately this does involve some noisy work, however from July onwards noise should be minimal. The hotel recommend that guests request rooms nearest to the 2nd floor, as these are the farthest away from the work. Working hours are from 09.00am - 05.00pm daily and all work should be completed by mid September 2003.
