LOCATION: Ideally situated on Fort Lauderdale beach, with the Atlantic Ocean at the front door. Approximately 3km from the Fort Lauderdale Convention Centre.
HOTEL FACILITIES: These include 2 restaurants, one at the poolside where a breakfast buffet is served and the Patio Bar and Grill for an informal lunch or dinner, overlooking the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
GUEST ROOMS AND AMENITIES: All guest rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, colour television, refrigerator and telephone. Rooms for non smokers are available on request. CHILD POLICY: Children under the age of 18 years will be accommodated free of charge when sharing a room with parents and utilizing existing bedding (without extra bed). CONSTRUCTION: Currently there is a new building, being built adjacent to the hotel. Both noise and visual disturbance can be expected. The hotel is locating guests as far away from the work as possible. The expected completion date is 30 April 2004.
