LOCATION: Nestled amongst native trees in a private location. This villa offers four spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. The Victoria University, shopping and entertainment precincts are only a short stroll away. Within a short walking distance is the cable car, CBD, botanical gardens, Kelburn village with its many cafes BED AND BREAKFAST FACILITIES: These include a common living area which includes a kitchenette with full cooking facilities, stereo, there is an additional living area upstairs, plus a large deck.

GUEST ROOM AND AMENITIES: There are four rooms in total, one within the owners dwellings. All have private ensuites, and are all individually designed, each room is located on a separate level. Each room has its own name, Isabella 1 Queen bed, Florence 1 King bed, Rose 1 King bed which lies within the owners dwelling and Luciano 1 x Super king/twin (plus single bed). MEAL PLAN: Valid from 01 Apr 02 - 31 Mar 05, Rates are inclusive of breakfast daily. CANCELLATION POLICY: In addition to normal cancellation charges, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% for any cancellations made.
