There is a lively nightlife available in Vienna centred on the old Jewish Quarter, with many popular bars and clubs to choose from. The American Bar is a good choice to start off from, but head for the Bermuda Triangle for a wide selection.
Clubs are open until 0200 during the week, and 0400 at weekends, and there is usually a charge to enter, and many clubs have a dress code. The techno scene is popular in Vienna, and one of the largest venues is Volksgarten, which opens at the weekend, and hosts large raves.
