Throughout the year in Berlin, you will find that there is plenty going on, and lots to keep you busy. Some of the city's biggest events are the highly regarded Berlin Film festival in February, and the Christmas markets which take place during November and December, and are a huge draw for tourists. Berlin hosts a jazz festival in November, when the biggest names in music head for the smoky bars in order to chase the beat and no doubt hit the groove.
