Madrid Events in Madrid Shows

The capital of Spain is the centre of the country's ceremonial life, and the centre point for celebrations of National Day on 12th October, as well as several other major national festivals including New Years Day, and Labour Day. Shops and business usually close on public holidays, and the population of the city either head for the hills and beaches on the coast, or alternatively, get together for large parties and fiestas to celebrate.
