Enjoying a year round warm climate, and having plenty of hotels and facilities, the Canary Islands are a popular choice for events throughout the year, and rarely a week goes by without something going one. Some of the largest and best known events in the islands are The International Music Festival in Gran Canaria every January, and The International Film festival which is hosted every two years in rotation with mainland Spain.
