The Public holidays of Vietnam are a mix of secular and traditional, and as such, many of the dates change from year to year and the following will be observed in 2004:

03 February Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party
11 February Eve of Tet
12- 14 February Vietnamese New Year (Tet Nguyen Dan)
30 April Day of the Victory
01 May Labour Day
02 September National Day
