There are more restaurants per head of population in Edinburgh than anywhere else in the UK, so visitors to the city are always spoilt for choice when it comes to going out for dinner.
One of the most popular places to eat is the Tower Restaurant, which sits atop the Museum of Scotland, and weather permitting has an out door terrace to sit on, which offers great views of the city, it is of course essential to reserve your table in advance, as the restaurant gets very busy at the weekend.
