Larnaca Things to do in Larnaca

A visit to the resort town of Famagusta is an essential excursion for visitors to one of the many towns in the southeast of Cyprus such as Larnaca and Ayia Napa, and which was divided by the invasion of the Turks in the 1970s. Although parts of the town are accessible, much of this resort can only be seen from the sea, and remains trapped in a time warp, with cars left in showrooms, and produce still on the shelves of shops, exactly as it was left when the town was abandoned.
