No visitor to Memphis should miss out on the chance to see the unbelievably kitsch palace of excess, Graceland, which was of course the home of Elvis "the King" Presley.
The house attracts millions of pilgrims every year to the famous jungle room, and of course the garden grave and shrine to the singer who definitely died in 1977, although I'm sure I saw him coming out of my local McDonalds with a huge sack of burgers last Thursday.
