The 4* Sheraton Hotel in Doha with its distinctive pyramid style architecture was for a long time the best hotel in the country, and still provides a high quality service and is good value. This crown has recently been usurped by the 5* Ritz Carlton which is an absolutely stunning building where you can experience the highest standards of accommodation in the region, and has some good rates throughout the year. If you plan to stay at the Ritz Carlton, the club rooms are highly recommended, as the hotel include free snacks and soft drinks (as well as some alcoholic ones) throughout the day.
