You should seek your GP's advice regarding vaccinations and Malarial Prophylaxis prior to travel to Morocco, and be aware that throughout in rural areas of the country healthcare is very limited, although in the main cities, it is of a high standard. Medical care can be expensive, and you should ensure that you take out adequate travel insurance prior to visiting the country that will cover you for medical evacuation to the UK in an emergency.
Avoid drinking tap water in Morocco, and make sure that any bottled water you buy is in a sealed bottle.
