A destination that is worth visiting at every time of the year, London is a place where every season has something different going on: The sales begin in January, when people camp outside Harrods in order to pick up the bargains, and throughout the spring, a number of large festivals take place in the city; summer has great weather, and the large parks are filled with people relaxing, and the city hosts the world famous Notting Hill Carnival; autumn sees the best rates at hotels; and throughout the winter London is bedecked with Christmas decorations and festive spirit.
New Year is celebrated throughout the city, and in the last few years, large raves have been held at the disused Millennium dome hosted by legendary nightclub Ministry of Sound, and featuring the biggest name DJs in the world.
